How It Works

$1 spent = 1 point earned

PawPoints equal the number of whole dollars spent (before taxes) and points always round down. For example, $1.75 = 1 point. 

Easy Sign Up

To begin earning PawPoints, you will be asked to provide your full name and a valid phone number which will become your unique customer ID. 

Point earning begins once you make your first purchase.

One account per customer.

Important Note: please use the same contact information each time you shop in-store or online, so that your unique customer ID is linked to your account earning PawPoints.

Redeeming Your Points

Your PawPoints earn you $10 dollars-off a purchase subtotal each time you reach reward status.

To redeem a dollars-off reward, your purchase subtotal must be $25.00 or more.

Currently, PawPoints are applied to your purchase during in-person payment at the register, and this includes online orders for pickup.

One-time-reward SMS promotions are subject to conditions and product eligibility.

PawPoints cannot be combined with any other offers such as sales, discounts, specials, promotions, coupons, credits, gift cards or Frequent Buyer Programs.

Tracking Your PawPoints

Once enrolled, you will receive a link to complete your registration via text message, so it is important to provide a valid mobile phone number. Once you have completed your registration, you can view and track your point balance on you phone or login to your customer account.

Who Is Eligible: Canadian Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Search & Rescue, Paramedics (EMTs), Emergency Room Doctors, Canadian Armed Forces and Veterans.

How to Qualify: You must be a PawPoints member and present valid proof that you work, or have worked as a first responder. This can be your work ID or a Government issued ID. 

Silver Saturday Discount

We proudly offer 10% off eligible products once per month to our beloved senior community.

Who Is Eligible: Persons 65+ years of age, and a valid PawPoints Member. 

How to Qualify: You may be asked to show a valid Driver's License or government issued ID.

Dates to Remember: First Saturday of each month is Silver Saturday. 

Buy-The-Case Discount

Buy-The-Case discount is available on select brands only. Ask in store for details.

Items must be same size, value, brand or sub-brand to qualify for the program. ie: 24 x 3oz cans, 12 x 3oz pouches and 12 x 6oz cans qualify as a case.

Terms and Conditions

Frequent Buyer Program

  • Free product will be awarded upon or after purchase of your 12th product purchase.
  • Purchases must be completed within a 12 - 24 month period (depending on vendor rules) from first product purchase.
  • Free product value is based on the lowest selling price of participating products as set forth by vendor.
  • The entitlement to free product has no cash value.
  • All returned items will be deducted from your total.
  • Frequent Buyer Program cannot be combined with any other offers such as sales, discounts, specials, promotions, coupons, credits or gift cards.
  • Sample size bags are not eligible.
  • You cannot combine Frequent Buyer Cards from other locations.
  • Frequent Buyer Cards are one per person, per household.
  • By participating in this program, the customer consents to their contact information and/or proof of qualifying purchases to be shared with the manufacturers of the applicable foods.
  • WildPaws reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue any reward or buyer program at any time.
  • WildPaws reserves the right to exclude specific customers from the program due to special pricing arrangements, or other reasons.
  • WildPaws reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Frequent Buyer program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges or violation of terms and conditions.

Specialty Discount Programs

  • Specialty Discount Programs are eligible on regular priced items only and applied to purchase subtotal before tax.
  • Specialty Discount Programs cannot be combined with any other offers such as sales, discounts, specials, promotions, coupons, credits, gift cards or Frequent Buyer Programs.
